Pricing and Payments

Prices range from $575,000 for Ground floor units, to $775,00 for Penthouse units.

Payments:

• 25% upon Reservation
• 25% upon “black construction” (expected July 2005)
• 50% upon delivery of unit (expected December 2005)
• Financing options are available.
• Membership in the Punta Mita Four Seasons Golf Club is not included in the unit purchase price; and is required with unti purchase.
• Additional US $40,000 will be payable to Club de Golf Punta Mita, SA de CV, upon purchase of unit.

Complete furnishings package available for an additional $45,000 USD.
Infinity pool upgrade available for an additional $35,000 USD.
